This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between DotPapa (or DotPapa Network), registered address Dihihaldaha, Baksa, bagdah, North 24 parganas, West Bengal, India, 743232 (“MSME Company Reg. UDYAM REGISTRATION NUMBER UDYAM-WB-14-0157712”) and you, and is made effective as of the date of your use of this website https://dotpapa.com (“Site”) or the date of electronic acceptance.
This agreement is governed by the laws of West Bengal, India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in West Bengal.
The TOS/TOC apply to all Services provided by DotPapa to you throughout the entire Term or Renewal Term. All customers should agree on all terms and conditions stated prior to their signing up for any of the hosting plans, domains and services mentioned on DotPapa. You shall agree to use only licensed and legal third party softwares in connection with your use of our services. DotPapa reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer’s access to any or all services provided, at any time, or when DotPapa decides that the account has been inappropriately used or otherwise.
DotPapa reserves the right to refuse service and/or access to its server to anyone. The services provided by us must be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited.
The activities listed below are meant to provide you with examples of activities and content that are strictly prohibited:

Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to any of our servers is strictly prohibited. We hold no responsibility for the use of our clients’ accounts. Any account that abuses the resources and actions are not taken to desist the activity, calls for immediate deactivation without any refund.
If any client is in any way disrespectful towards any member of the DotPapa staff we have full right to remove them from our services without any refund.
Use of our service to transmit any unsolicited commercial or unsolicited bulk e-mail is expressly prohibited. Violation of this SPAM policy will result in severe penalties.
Anyone using our service to host websites or services that support spammers or cause any of our IP space to be listed in any of the various Spam Databases will have their account(s) immediately suspended and an administrative fee of ₹15,000 will be charged to your account.
We have a zero tolerance policy for the use of our service towards posting of messages or commercial advertisements which violate the rules, regulations, or charter of any newsgroups or mailing list.
We also prohibit hosting of publicly-accessible “open relay” SMTP or anonymous remailer service for any purpose, cause, or reason what-so-ever.
If the customer’s account exceeds the bandwidth limit, we would inform the customer. If the customer does not wish to purchase extra bandwidth or upgrade his account and continues to exceed their limit, the account shall be suspended until the customer takes measures to ensure that the limit wouldn’t exceed again or when the account is upgraded, which ever is earlier.
If the customer fails to complete the account verification process then no refund would be provided to such customers under any circumstances.

Once your account deletion request is processed, all of your data will be permanently deleted from the company’s servers. It’s important to note that once your account is deleted, you won’t be able to recover any of your data or access the platform using that account again.
Spamming, sending unsolicited emails from our servers or using email addresses that are maintained by us is STRICTLY prohibited and will qualify your site for immediate deactivation with no refund. Standard email limit of 150 emails is set for all plans.

We do not guarantee Inbox email delivery with any of our hosting plans.
We currently do not provide/offer support related to development/setup of NodeJS/Python applications, users are required to have the necessary knowledge to operate their applications.
Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. You agree to back-up all of your User Content so that you can access and use it when needed. DotPapa does not warrant that it backs-up any Account or User Content, and you agree to accept as a risk the loss of any and all of your User Content.
You as a DotPapa User agree that in no case, DotPapa can be held responsible for the loss of data in any circumstances.
For clients who have subscribed for paid backup service with shared hosting plans:
Clients using cPanel Backup Manager tool for backups should download the backup from the server and delete it. On every Sunday, all the backup files may be removed from the server without any notification. You are not allowed to use the hosting space to store backups.
SSL certificates provided by DotPapa are subject to validation by the certificate authority. DotPapa is not responsible for delays in SSL issuance due to domain validation failures or certificate authority processing times. SSL certificates are non-refundable once issued.
Malware protection services are provided as an additional security measure. DotPapa does not guarantee 100% protection against all threats. Customers are responsible for maintaining secure coding practices and keeping their applications updated. Malware cleanup services may incur additional charges based on the complexity of the infection.
Participation in DotPapa’s affiliate program is subject to separate terms and conditions. Affiliate commissions are paid according to the agreed schedule. Fraudulent activities or gaming of the affiliate system will result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
“Unlimited” usage policies and definitions apply only to shared hosting accounts. The size of each mail box should not exceed 5GB and combined mail box size per domain should not exceed 50GB. This is applicable for Web Hosting plans.
Any service interruptions or downtime due to scheduled maintenance by DotPapa or our network providers will not count towards the uptime guarantee. DotPapa is not liable in any way for failure of third party services.
DotPapa will not be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of any governmental body, war, insurrection, sabotage, embargo, fire, flood, strike or other labour disturbance, interruption of or delay in transportation, unavailability of, interruption or delay in telecommunications or third party services (including DNS propagation), failure of third party software or hardware or inability to obtain raw materials, supplies or power used in or equipment needed for provision of the Services.
If you share your account access or login credentials (username, password) with our team for any service, we strongly recommend that you change your login credentials immediately after the task is completed. We are not responsible for any loss of access or misuse of the account after the work is done. For your security, always use strong and unique passwords for each of your accounts, and enable two-step verification (2FA) wherever possible. Please ensure that you only share your login details through our official email support ([email protected]) or phone support (+91 6297498411).
You are responsible for any misuse of your account therefore, you must take steps to ensure that others do not gain unauthorized access to your account. In addition, you may not use your account to breach the security of another account or attempt to gain unauthorized access to another network or server.
Your password provides access to your account. It is your responsibility to keep your password secure. Sharing your password and account access with unauthorized users is not recommended.
Attempting to obtain another user’s account password is strictly prohibited, and will result in termination of service.
You must adopt adequate security measures to prevent or minimize unauthorized use of your account.
The client is responsible to inform DotPapa of any discontinuation of service beforehand so that we can de-provision it accordingly.
If paying via credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, or PayPal the account will be setup immediately once the payment is verified.
The 7 day money back guarantee is only applicable for first-time signups and annual billing on only hosting (note: domains are non-refundable). Second time and subsequent sign-ups are not eligible for the same.
Refund is not applicable on Domain registration/transfer/renewal, Cloud hosting, SSL Certificates, Backup services, Malware protection and any other paid licenses.
The money back guarantee is provided on Shared hosting only.
No refund will be made if your Service(s) are suspended or terminated for cause.
The refund will not cover any kind of taxes, setup fees, refund processing fee, postal charges or any kind of payment processing charges or bank fee(s).
If the shared hosting service includes free domain name, and you cancel the hosting service, the domain charges (standard rate as per website) would be deducted from the refund amount. Free domain must be registered under 48 hours of the payment of your hosting package.
The refund request placed after 24 hours will not be processed and you will not be eligible for any refund.
The cancellation request should be sent through client area or by contacting [email protected].
After sending the cancellation request, it would take 7 – 14 working days to complete the refund process.
Your hosting account at DotPapa can get terminated due to following reasons:
Note: It is advised to maintain a back-up copy of your hosting account to avoid losing your data because of the termination. All your files will be deleted from the server, once your hosting account is terminated and DotPapa shall not be liable for the same.
Customer agrees that they will protect, indemnify, save and hold DotPapa harmless from any and all stipulations, liabilities, losses, expenses and claims, as well as reasonable attorney’s fees assessed against DotPapa, its agents, customers, officers, employees and administration that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by it’s customers, agents, employees or assigns.

When you create an account on our platform, you have the freedom to customize your experience and choose whether or not to receive various offers and notices via email, phone (SMS), or within your account. We respect your preferences and use the contact details and preferences you provide to us for direct marketing purposes, such as sending you personalized offers, newsletters, and service expiration notices or renewal reminders.
Right to change preferences or revoke consent: If at any time you wish to change your communication preferences, revoke your consent, or object to receiving certain types of communication, you are free to do so. You can exercise this option by either:

Where the change in Terms is required by law or related to the addition of a new service, extra functionality to the existing Service(s) or any other change which neither reduces your rights nor increases your responsibilities, the TOS will be changed without prior notice to you and shall have immediate effect.
No clarification or explanation of the Terms provided by the Parties will have the power to modify the provisions of these TOS.
We respect our country and if you create an account with us then you are accepting our terms and conditions with .in registry. We are not responsible for your misuse and if you broke any law then your domain will be suspended and it cannot be reversed.

All registrants of .IN Domain names will be bound by the following terms and conditions, which may be amended by .IN Registry from time to time. If we find any single rule broken then domain will be suspended.
After renewing your domain, it is strictly advised to verify the status of your domain by visiting your website and/or performing a WHOIS lookup within 7 to 15 days from the renewal date.
In rare technical cases, domain renewal may fail due to server load, registry sync delays, or system errors — even if payment has been successfully made. If the renewal failure is not identified and reported within this window, the domain may:
In such scenarios, DotPapa shall not be held responsible for any loss, financial damage, or missed opportunities. It is the sole responsibility of the domain owner/client to verify the renewal status and report any issues in a timely manner.
Client Action Required: Please check your domain’s live status or website functionality within 7 to 15 days of renewal. If your site is not working or domain is not showing as active, immediately contact DotPapa support to investigate.
When a domain expires, your website and mail service will stop functioning, and no changes can be made to the domain. As per the .in registry (government of india domains) means indian extension after the expiry is put on grace period that means after expiry must have to pay grace fees because domain was going on redemption stage. This grace period may apply after 1 day expiry.
However, for generic TLDs (.com, .net, .org, .biz, .info, etc.), you have a period of about 15 days (approximately, not accurate sometimes more or less) at DotPapa after the actual expiration date during which you can still renew the domain at additional rate.
If you do not renew the domain within this grace period, it enters a redemption stage for 30 days (sometimes more) at the Registry. At this stage, the domain may be auctioned off by the upstream vendors.
As an owner, you still have an option to return the domain at this stage (if it’s not auctioned off) at a redemption fee plus its regular renewal cost. If the domain is not recovered from redemption, it enters a PendingDelete stage at the Registry for 5 days. On the 6th day, the domain should be released to the public for re-registration.
Normally, generic TLDs get released approximately in 70-80 days (in rare cases, up to 120 days) after the expiration date if not returned from redemption and if not auctioned off.
Please note that once the domain has been released, the registration is carried out on a first come, first served basis.
By using our services, you agree that domains registered through us must not be used for fraudulent, misleading, or illegal purposes. Any domain found to be violating this policy, including but not limited to banking fraud, impersonation of registered businesses, phishing, spamming, or scams, will be immediately suspended or terminated without prior notice.
We reserve the right to take immediate action, including domain suspension, without any compensation or refund, if a domain is found engaging in abuse or violating our policies.
If a domain is suspended or terminated due to actions taken by the domain registry, ICANN, or any government authority, we hold no responsibility for its recovery or reinstatement. In such cases, the customer is solely responsible for compliance with the necessary regulations and legal requirements.
