These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Affiliate”, “you”, or “your”) and Dotpapa (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By enrolling in or participating in the Dotpapa Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with these Terms in full.

Program Overview

The Dotpapa Affiliate Program allows registered affiliates to promote our hosting and domain services and earn commissions for referred sales. Participation is free and subject to approval.

Eligibility

To qualify for the affiliate program, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Maintain an active client account with Dotpapa.
• Own a valid promotional platform (website, blog, YouTube channel, social media page, etc.).
• Provide accurate and complete contact and payout details.

We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application without providing a reason.n.

How It Works

Once approved:

• You will receive a unique affiliate referral link.
• Visitors who click your link are tracked using browser cookies for up to 90 days.
• You earn a commission when a referred visitor becomes a paid customer and meets all eligibility conditions.

Commission Details

• Affiliates can earn up to 40% commission on eligible hosting products.
• Commission rates may vary by product or service and are defined in your affiliate dashboard.
• No commission is earned on:
  • Domain name purchases
  • Setup fees, taxes, or addons
  • Canceled/refunded orders

Refund Protection: If a referred customer requests a refund, no commission will be awarded for that transaction.

Cookie Tracking

• Affiliate cookies last for 90 days from the first click.
• If a user signs up within 90 days using your referral link, you are credited for the sale.
• If the same user clicks a different affiliate’s link afterward, the most recent referral is credited.

Payment & Payout Terms

• Commissions are eligible for payout after 30 working days from the sale date to ensure the customer has not canceled or refunded.
• Minimum payout threshold: ₹500
• Payout options:
  • Bank Transfer (India)
  • UPI
  • Dotpapa Account Credit (faster payouts)
• Payouts are processed between the 5th–15th of each month for commissions cleared in the previous cycle.
• Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate bank or UPI details. Failed transactions due to incorrect details may result in delays or cancellation.

Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not:

• Engage in spamming or unsolicited advertising (including bulk emails or messages).
• Use misleading, deceptive, or false promotional content.
• Create fake accounts or self-referrals.
• Offer unauthorized discounts, coupons, or cashback deals.
• Place ads that impersonate Dotpapa or use our branded terms (e.g., “Dotpapa official site”, “Dotpapa discount”) in Google Ads or other PPC platforms.
• Promote adult, hate, violence, illegal, or controversial content alongside Dotpapa.

Any violation may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

Affiliate Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Act in good faith to promote Dotpapa’s services honestly and fairly.
• Ensure that all marketing materials and claims are truthful and not misleading.
• Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship to your audience as required by law (e.g., “I may earn a commission if you sign up using my link”).

Program Termination

Dotpapa reserves the right to:

• Modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time without prior notice.
• Suspend or terminate your affiliate account for policy violations or suspicious behavior.
• Withhold or reverse commissions in cases of fraud, abuse, or refund-related disputes.

Affiliates may request account closure at any time by contacting support.

Liability Disclaimer

Dotpapa is not liable for:

• Any indirect or incidental damages resulting from affiliate participation.
• Errors, delays, or failures in tracking or payment due to system or third-party issues.
• Loss of earnings due to program changes or termination.

Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or your affiliate dashboard.

Your continued participation after changes indicates your agreement to the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in West Bengal.
